Terri was born and raised in New England where, as a child, she followed her grandfather through his garden and explored the wonders of how food went from seed to the table. She has fond memories of watching her grandfather prepare his delicious homemade pasta sauce from garden tomatoes. After moving to South Carolina as a freshman in high school, Terri began to explore in the kitchen and remembers that the first meal she ever made was meatloaf with roasted potatoes and carrots.
As an adult, with 20 years of cooking experience for her family and friends, Terri’s tastes, techniques, and palette have grown exponentially. Her passion for food is evident in everything from the meals she prepares to the food magazines in her mailbox and cookbooks on her shelves! She also attended the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas.
