Chef Terri believes that the freshest, natural ingredients make the best ingredients. In her personal kitchen, she purchases organic and has long-term relationships with farmers around the area. She wants to be fully involved in the food she eats from farm to table. It’s because of this that she also tries to purchase no-hormone, free-range, and grass-fed meats, dairy, and eggs from animals treated humanely whenever possible.
She realizes that priorities, when it comes to food, will be different for each client. We’ll discuss your specific priorities in the client assessment interview and answer any questions you may have.
When purchasing your groceries Chef Terri will look for local and organic options first but will always have a strict eye on quality no matter where your store preference is or what your priorities are.
Most importantly she wants to provide clean, natural, whole-foods that will give you both a sense of delight and adventure, while also keeping both your health and the health of the planet in mind.
